E-mail: When you order something, your order form will go straight to my email. I will reply back to the email address you have provided in the order form, so be sure to check it often. When I'm in the process of making the stuff for you, we can then contact each other from either email, Myspace, or AIM. You must stay in contact with us until you get your finished product.Payments: Everything you order must be payed using Paypal. Any other paying method will not work, so please do not ask if you can pay in a different way. If you do not have a Paypal account, contact us and we will help you make one if you'd like. We will not start on anything you order until you pay. After you have payed, we promise you will you get the stuff you have ordered.
Customer: As the customer, you must be satisfied with the stuff that we have made you. If you are not, we will redo it until it meets your needs. If you tell us to redo it too many times, we will refuse to do so because that's just ridiculous. To make that problem much easier though, all you have to do is provide us with many details of how you want your stuff to look like.
